“The Russian Post” initiated the initiation of criminal cases against “gray” postmen, whose hands caused damage to the state in the amount of about 200 million rubles, RBC reports with reference to the representative of the postal operator on Tuesday.
As RBC was told in the press service of the “Post of Russia”, responsible officials of the post office and post office and representatives of “Argument” LLC and businessman “Yakimova T.V.” are suspected of fraud. These companies are intermediaries between small firms and the “Post of Russia” and offer services for sending letters of advertising and information character.
Employees of the companies “colluded with the employees of the post office and post office and daily handed over for mailing and delivery mail correspondence, the amount of which was four times higher than the amounts paid by corporate clients,” said the source in the postal operator.
According to the publication, scammers have harmed banks, financial institutions, other large organizations, whose postal items were withdrawn from the delivery network as unpaid. It is noted that the “Russian Post” filed two lawsuits against the “Yakimova T.V.” in the Moscow Arbitration Court. And Open Company “Argument”, demanding to collect from them a material damage.

Based on the results of the audit, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the city of Khimki filed two criminal cases in connection with “the infliction of property damage by fraud or abuse of trust,” with copies of the resolutions of which the newspaper was familiarized with.
