Putin and Trump have not discussed lifting sanctions against Russia

Russia and the United States reaffirmed their joint commitment to work actively for the stabilization and development of relations on a constructive, equal and mutually beneficial basis. A phone conversation between the two Presidents was held the previous night, transmits channel “Russia 24”.
